Who We Are

Red Sharks, Inc. is a Minnesota based corporation which was founded with the purpose of evaluating procurement activities within companies in order to measure the cost effectiveness and level of supplier performance, and to make recommendations and assist in implementing improvements resulting in lower supply costs with improved delivery and quality performance. Areas of specific expertise include single source cost based supplier negotiations, second sourcing, and purchasing organizational effectiveness.
